We took 127 down to Salem on Monday and it was HORRIBLE!!!! Oh well, I am grateful for the forsythia and the magnolias. The ones down by the Blackburn Tavern are glorious. Actually, I saw Mayor Bell on the Cape Ann Report last week and he indicated that Main Street was on the list to be repaved. They have a good budget this year for road repairs. I still can't get over the rumble strips (inadvertent, of course) on Washington Street. My friend is pregnant and every time we hit a bump the baby gets mad.

My forsythia are blooming and the tulip tree is budding and all the little herbs are coming up. This is my happiest time of year. Gypsy if you want more herbs let me know.
