I've rarely had anything at LobstaLand that wasn't scrumptious but last night I tried their own bouillabaisse and it was excellent. The broth had a rich saffron flavor and there was plenty of fish, clams, mussles, etc. I'm not a calamari lover - those little baby squids are just too innocent looking to be eaten, in my opinion - but other than that the flavors were succulent.
